GraceMade Gifts Foundation was created to bring comfort, remembrance, and gentle support to families experiencing grief. What began as a personal act of kindness has grown into a mission to honor loved ones through handcrafted memorial gifts.
Where Our Mission Began
Our work began with a simple belief: small acts of love can brighten someone’s hardest days. After witnessing how deeply personalized memorial gifts impact grieving families, GraceMade Gifts was formed to offer year-round comfort, compassion, and meaningful keepsakes.
We create personalized memorial pillows, trays, ornaments, baskets, and other keepsakes designed to honor loved ones. Through several programs, we support families during holidays, special occasions, and difficult seasons of grief.
Every gift is made with love, intention, and care. Grief looks different for everyone, and while we cannot ease the pain, we hope to offer a small touch of warmth and remembrance along the way.
We support individuals and families grieving the loss of a loved one—whether recent or long ago. Support may be requested by families themselves, by a friend, or anonymously by someone who wants to send comfort.
